Hi I'm not in any way saying I'm about to start putting my precious little melon at harm but I'm looking for fun ways that may make baby come early ish (after full term) any ideas or anything work for anyone else :)

Long walk and sex did it for me

How many weeks were you when this worked :)

Pineapple is one, but that might clash with a 'precious little melon' Hmm

Do you really want a fruit salad rather than an actual human child? Grin

Floridasunset · 17/11/2016 19:25

A very long walk for me too. I was 41+1

ghostspirit · 17/11/2016 19:26

Clary sage

bloodymaria · 17/11/2016 19:27

Walking waking walking. Raspberry leaf tea.

sweetchilli77 · 17/11/2016 19:36

haven't you just started a post about shooting pains and discharge?.....

Nikki2ol6 · 17/11/2016 19:38

I tried this and I had a curry from Morrisons u know those Indian take away meal deals they do. I had pine apple. I put clothes pegs on my toes (some pressure point thing) I also had a little bounce on my ball for a while. I went to bed upset nothing happened after a full day of trying lol..... would you believe me if I said I woke up in labour!!!!!
Was he just ready?? Well maybe I had been loosing bits of my plug all week..... I was 39wks and 2 days that day and he was born 39+4

NoArtificialColours · 17/11/2016 20:00

I am currently 41+5.

Last baby was 41+6,

Nothing works. Trust me.

In used clary sage and went into labour the next morning. I done same with my last pregnancy. And had baby at 37 weeks and 6 days. I can never be sure if it was clary sage as I may have had them that day anyway.

But it should (never ever) be used in early/mid pregnancy.

Based on your other post, you're 35 weeks and should not be attempting to force your 'precious little melon' out.

user1479405273 · 18/11/2016 12:18

Like it says in my post I am not trying to force her out I'm happy for her to stay there as long as she wants I'm looking for fun thinks to try after 37 weeks :)

At 41+3 I went to the supermarket and bought a fresh pineapple, a curry and some raspberry leaf tea - that was a fun conversation with the cashier! I had the unsexiest shag ever that evening. I walked every day. None of it worked.

Got my induction pessary at 42 weeks and DS was out within 12 hours!
