Early sign of eptopic?

I had v v light spotting light pink around 4/5dpo. I presumed this was implantation bleeding. However I did not get BFP until 10/11 dpo and it was only picked up by FRER. Even a urine sample handed to GP 2 days after (8 days after IB) came back as inconclusive.

Google (I know I know) is telling me of people who have had IB early, which has meant an eptopic pregnancy. That might tie in with the low Hcg readings.

So I guess my question is has anyone had early IB and it's not been eptopic? There is the chance I ovulated a day early but that's the earliest it could be.

Your username is very apt! Its still extremely early days. Has your GP taken bloods?

Ps my bfp wasnt picked up by FRER til 12dpo and digi at 16dpo and baby is in the womb

With my first baby I had implantation bleedinfbat 6dpo and got a positive 6 days later. She's a happy healthy child.

With my ectopic I didn't think I was pregnant because I didn't have that feeling. My period was 4 days late so I thought I better take a test to rule it out..... there was a faint line. I accepted I was pregnant but after 10 days I still felt iffy about it all and took the other test in the box. Still a very faint line! I put the tests side my side and they were the same. I went to my GP and said something is wrong she took blood and said it was positive and I needed to relax but I pushed for an early scan and they found nothing but a thick lining and said I must be 4 weeks but I said no I'm 6 weeks it's been 2wks since my positive and my period was late then.... the nurse bevagn to worry a little and took some blood and compared it with the blood my GP took. I got a call 2 hours later telling me my hcg was rising abnormally and ectopic was highly suspected. My blood was checked all week that week and I began to get almost like an ovulation pain in my left side. Then came the spotting.

I've name changed for this post but yes it suits me to a T in everyday life!

She took bloods yesterday when I went in for the urine results. I've to phone tomorrow but I've heard you need to have blood taken again 48 later to check the hcg is rising appropriately to determine eptopic.

Thank you I'll mention to gp when I see her again, for the sake of taking bloods again she might humour me.

I'll see if I can check what levels of hcg they found when I phone tomorrow.

I have had 2 previous pregnancies that resulted in 2 health dc and didn't worry with them, I didn't get IB with them though & I think that's what's throwing me off...
