Confused/ worried??

At my 16 week scan the midwife i saw couldnt find heartbeat and sent me to hospital all turned out fine(she wasnt very experienced) and she didnt book my nxt midwife app so i dont know when im meant to see a midwife again? Also just had my 20 wk scan and have low lying placenta and have to have scan at 32 wks but feel like ive not been explained anything at all and although this is second pregnancy i feel like they just dont care and dont explain anything so can anyone tell me when after 16 wks you see a midwife?? Thankyou x

Really sorry you went through that, must have been scary, I guess that's why most won't try and listen to the heartbeat until 24 weeks, glad is all ok. Next appt should be at 24 weeks, if you go to the NHS website it will show a list of when to expect appointments throughout pregnancy.

For my second pg it went 16 weeks then 28 weeks. The next is 34. I agree I'm getting a lot less guidance with no 2. Like I remember anything about last time! Don't forgot your flu and whooping cough too if you haven't already had them (and are allowed them).
