Is anyone else suffering from Pubis symphysis disorder????? I am 24weeks pg with no3 and have got it already!had it at 37 wks with DD2- seems worst this time and still a long way to go!! :{

poor old you, I really sympathise, I have it, reasonably mildly compared to many but its still excruciating at night. I had a good session with an expert physio in women's health and she gave me some good pilates-based exercises which have helped generally and are good for keeping pain at bay when rolling in bed etc. There were tons of threads on SPD recently - I'm rubbish with links etc, no idea, but if you scroll back a couple of weeks you should find them.

Thanks time4tea! sorry to hear you have it to. When r u due? I am due to see the physo again the week after next so hopefully will get some good exercise info.Will try and find the links you suggested .Thanx!!

I had a touch of it last pg. I am now 20 w and i a lot of pain. I havn't spoken to my doctor or midwife about it yet. I had to get dp to help me out of bed this morning - I got stuck.

Today is particularly bad. I have proper flu so have spent the last few days in bed - this is making it really sore.

What can ~I do for it (sorry hijack)
