2 missed periods and negative test?

Hi. I'm really confused my periods have always been a little bit irregular (like a couple of days) but I've missed two periods in a row, I feel pregnant and I'm having some pregnancy syptoms like nausea and my breasts hurt. Please help.

False negative and I used to get sore breasts when I'd just come off the pill (for a long break). Nausea could be anything, are you eating ok re missed periods and also stress can cause them to be missed too.

I'd see GP.

Also when was the last time you tested? Can you do another test?

Not been on any sort of contraception for over a year. I've tested today as it's just over 2 months late now. Plus eating how I normally do

Go and see your GP and get a blood test, that'll confirm things hopefully. Not much that anyone here can do unfortunately. Hope it all turns out ok.

Could be a medical condition. Are you having regular sex? Have you been pregnant before? Erratic periods? How old are you?

Doctor really is best person but if I were you I'd do another test tomorrow morning or day time. What sort of tests are you doing?

Yes I am and I'm 21 and yes at 16 but lost due to misscarriage. The only thing is I'm worried about going to the doctors as a family member works there.

Have you lost a lot of weight recently? If your body weight is very low that can stop your periods.

If you can't go to your usual doctor find a walk in clinic, maybe a Brook advisory centre.

Yes as tiny says go to a walk in centre. I would do another more accurate test tomorrow just to ensure you aren't pregnant.

Not gained or lost any weight recently. Will probably try and ring the doctors and just avoid the family member. It would be a good thing for me and my boyfriend but not sure how the family will react.

Keep us updated. Try not to worry I've missed periods due to stress. You also don't it to be more serious.

Waiting for a doctors appointment. Should be able to get one soon. Going to do another test in a few days.
