I'm not pregnant yet but thought this was the right thread.

We want to ttc from December and work have just announced a team building exercise in Feb lwhich will either be zip-lining/assault course type stuff or white water rafting.

I know it's silly to worry now as there is a good chance I won't be pregnant but I'm worried about what happens if I am? Would I definitely have to get out of it? Or tell my boss earlier than planned?

I can't look forward to it as I keep wondering about it! I am also annoyed that we are supposed to find standing outside in Feb fun but that is another story!Grin

Thanks

If not feeling unwell I would do zip lining and white water rafting when in the first few months of being pregnant. You could always feign an injury if you're not up for it though.

Thanks, I think people already know I'm not keen (more because of the cold weather, if it was Summer it would be fine) so it will look like skiiving. So I guess if I do feign an injury I can come clean later on when it is all out in the open!

If you are pregnant by then, just be ill that day and don't draw too much attention to it.
