Any advice?
I sleep with a large memory foam pillow between my legs, but I still wake 5-6 times a night with either extremely painful sternum and rib cage or pins and needles in my hands.
I take paracetamol every 4 hours but am only 33 weeks so don't want this to continue for the next 7!
TIA
