Skull and nub theory

Anyone fancy helping with a guess? 'It too sure on this whole nub and skill theory and how it works so your guesses would be lovely! My scan pics are at 13 weeks 1 day

To me it looks like a boy due to the nub angle and the stone-like 'stacking'. But I've only recently looked into this theory. Congratulations!
