Opinions please?

Hi everyone,

Could I ask your opinions please?
My period is now 10 days late, I've had lots of pulling sensations, cramps and twinges plus a pretty much constant sharp pain in my left pelvic area.
I have lots of milky cm and have been dizzy and forgetful a lot.

Here is the pic of my test this morning - what do you think?

I should say I've had no period pains and I'm tired all the time too.

It looks negative. Being 10 days late I'd expect a positive line by now, maybe a doctor's appointment for some advice would be best as there could be another reason you'd late.
April this year I was 9 days late, for no reason and im usually like clockwork.
