Strange feeling - is it normal?

Hello,
I'm 21 weeks and have started getting a strange feeling in my lower abdomen over the past day or so - like a pinching, scrapey feeling. It only lasts a couple of seconds each time and I think it happens at the same time that I feel wiggly movements inside. Has anyone else had this? Thanks!

I used to get a feeling that the baby's leg was jammed under my rib, it was horrible.
