Hi

As stated above I am a larger lady and 6 weeks pregnant I was wondering when the rest of you lovely ladies started to show? I don't plan to tell my work that I am pregnant until
after the Christmas break but worry I may be showing before then?

Any opinions much appreciated Smile.

Thanks

I'm 19 weeks and not showing. I just look a bit fatter under my belly but it's definitely not a bump and no one would ever notice.

I know it's different for everyone though! I can't wait to actually have a bump and look pregnant xx

Hello! I'm 26+2, usually a dress size 14 and I started showing at about 18 weeks, however I can hide my bump still with baggy clothes. I just look a lot bigger is all! In my work uniform I hardly look pregnant. However if I wear my maternity jeans and a maternity top, it really makes my bump look all lovely and round, so I guess you could hide it for a long time. Great timing with winter too, lots of nice baggy jumpers !!

Bunnyc · 03/11/2016 11:18

I was wondering if wearing tight jeans during early pregnancy is okay? When did you start switching to maternity jeans?

user1469615609 · 03/11/2016 17:30

Thanks for replying :)

I'm hoping that even if people do start to notice they won't ask!

I'm not sure about the jeans I'm still wearing my normal jeans as they are still comfortable

Hi, I'm a size 12, I'm 20 weeks pregnant and I have no bump and no one can tell I'm pregnant.

SanityAssassin · 03/11/2016 20:40

I am size 10 and got to 25 weeks before telling work etc (both times) . I was a it heavier than normal but no bump and still in normal clothes. But I only put on a stone each time so was small anyway.

SpunBodgeSquarepants · 03/11/2016 20:40

I was just under 15 stone and 5'4" when I fell pregnant and didn't start showing till I was around 24 weeks. I was a dress size 18.

randomer that's an odd thing to ask?!

Blondeshavemorefun · 04/11/2016 11:35

Hopefully another Jodie

Size 16 possibly 17 😉 And varies what I wear. Now 19w and bump is viaerabke if wear tight top/dress so small one and not the 20w bump
Next week I keep seeing on people

But

If I'm at work and n one knows - then a baggy top hides well and sure people think I'm fat

I doubt you will show much at 12w/about Xmas time

CupofTeaTime · 04/11/2016 11:48

I'm confused. The title is asking about plus size pregnancies but some posters are size 10/12! That's not plus sIze

CupofTeaTime · 04/11/2016 11:48

Size*

Jodie1982 · 04/11/2016 15:22

Wish I was a 10/12.....The good old days...yrs ago now 😣😁 my fourth baby ruined my figure, metabolism slowed right down. I was an 18 before falling preggy again this time, but had lost about 2st and I've probably put it back on 😣 (30 wks today)

Halloweensnake · 04/11/2016 15:25

I hid them all very well till about 30 weeks..baggy tops and leggings with boots. Congrats

ThinkPinkStink · 04/11/2016 15:28

I was a 16/18 and felt like I showed at 13 weeks (was definitely a bit podgier than usual), I didn't have a discernible bump until 20 weeks though.

user1469615609 · 04/11/2016 15:35

Thanks everyone for your help :) plenty of baggy tops just to be on the safe side it's already hard enough trying to hide the morning sickness!

I'm a size 16 and 14+5 and I can tell I have a little bump due to feel of my belly...pretty sure everyone else thinks I've just been eating more pies!
