When I sneeze I pee.... even if I have just been to the toilet!!

I'm 31 weeks and I have a cold and when I sneeze I pee myself a little!! Even if I have just been to the toilet. It's almost like when I sneeze it allowed some special muscle down there to relax and allow pee out that would otherwise never make it out. I don't understand!! Does anyone else have this issue?

Yep, me too (29 weeks here).
I use the Squeezy app (www.squeezyapp.co.uk/) to train my pelvic floor muscles and it has been going well.

If its any consolation I was fine again as soon as the baby came out.

I'm 30 weeks and have had this for about 2 weeks now i've been doing my pelvic floor exercises so am not worried
