Hi there everyone,
In the past couple of days I've started to get really annoying pain between my ribs on my right side (just below & to the right of my boobs!)... I had this with DS around the same time but don't remember it being so sore. I think last time they said it was due to ligaments stretching. Anyone know any exercises or tricks for easing the pain? Advice would be much appreciated! Thanks xx

Thanks Muminfife

I actually see a physio fairly regularly and saw her this morning, she thinks it's due to bump & boobs getting bigger all of a sudden and putting strain on my ribs' intercostal (sp?) muscles- and like you said some stretching exercises help and also getting a better more supportive bra!! I'm doing some yoga so will get working on that, and off to the shops later this week for a new bra methinks (have been re-using my old maternity bras from last pregnancy but should maybe bite the bullet and get fitted for a new one!)

I will also try the bellis perennis as do use homeopathy- thank you x

Ds1 was breech and his head was lodged under my ribs for most of the pregnancy. I did get some relief by putting a cushion just behind my bum when and leaning my head right back against the headrest of the sofa.
