I am wondering about my conception date given by my scan which suggests my baby is 13w old. This cant be right as my bf and I didnt DTD until 12 days after the suggested conception date. Can a scan suggest a conception date 12 days too early? Am very confused. Thank you for any advice

Take 2 week off and that's your conception date. Go back 11 week

Scans add 2 week as your period. Sonographer explained it to me as conception date made no sense Grin

ohhh, thank you so much... so conception date is 11 weeks! Smile

I believe they date pregnancies from the first day of your last period, not the conception date, so pp is right - probably about two weeks before you actually conceived.

I had to ask as the date made out the baby was in fact a gift from god Grin
