So im currently 16 weeks pregnant with baby number four. Myself and partner decided early on that we wanted four children and we still agree that this will be the last. My others are 4, 3 and 20 months at the moment so we have never had trouble conceiveing and seem to be very fertile. I am worried about the future as another baby is a definite no no so iv seriously been considereing sterilisation. I was just wandering if there are any medical problems associated with having it done such as osteoporosis or things like that. X
