I'm really itchy what can I take?

I'm 31 weeks and I woke up with a cold this morning and some ear ache. But my ears and throats have been itching all day long! Now my eyes and nose are itchy Too and it's driving me a bit insane!! Is there anything I can take to stop this itching? I have no idea what could possibly be causing it it seams a bit like hay fever but my little boy gets that real bad and he doesn't have it so I'm guessing it can't be

If your skin is itchy you should ring the midwife, I would ring and check anyway. For a cold you need the cold sweets with a soft centre. Put one in a mug and pour on hot water and stir until dissolved.
