hiya
had the scan on friday and it showed we are having a boy, this is our 1st baby we are so happy but i was convinced it was a girl as we have not had a boy in my family for 50 years so pleased to be breaking the mould.
i am completely now stuck on names any suggestions?

My son is called "Xavier" not very out there ayt all, I've got girls names planed but DH and I cant agree on boys names, I like Dominic, Alex and Corey and I few others but DH hates them, I think deep down he thinks if we have boys names planed that baby will be a boy and he really relly wants a girl, me I'm not bothered I have two beautiful boys, three would be just as great, as it would if this LO is a girl! My mother has nicked half the good boy names as I've got 8 brothers and only one sister but I so love my sister's name "trinity", back to the drawing board now boys name! LOL

We are having the same problem. We have 2 lovely boys already, and I'm pg with our 3rd dc (only 8 weeks so don't know the sex yet!) I'm almost sure it will be a boy and I've told dh to start thinking of a name now, we only have 30-odd weeks left lol!!!

We liked Finlay for ds2, but settled for something else, also ending with a y, so we can't use Finlay this time. I will watch this thread with interest to see if I can pick something up!

Congratulations nadinetd. Wee boys are brilliant. I have a Louis (as in Armstrong). The other name I liked when pregnant was Matthew

Also having a boy, pleased as we just have 4 nieces in the family so far.
