11 week scan worried about appearance

Hi everyone I've had an 11 week scan due to some bleeding the scan is attached and is 11 weeks 4 days. It was a quick check up and I was grateful everything seemed fine baby was moving and matched my dates. Having looked at the scan I can't see baby has a nose At all and no defining facial features as such which is so different from my first pregnancy. Is there anyone technical that can advise if I should be worried at this stage about the appearance of baby ? The lady at the scan never mentioned any issues and I haven't had a nt scan as yet I am waiting for that date. A very worried mummy to be.

Looks exactly like my 12 week scan photo. The quality was terrible. I have a very active baby and an anterior placenta - every scan has been at least a little awkward.

Im currently 36+1 and baby's features have been totally normal in all subsequent scans - including a private gender scan at 18 weeks or so, where they turned on the 4d for a short amount of time.

That looks like a normal first trimester scan to me

This looks like both my scans. My 20 week scan wasn't much different. They would tell you if they had concerns. Feet up and enjoy your Sunday.

Looks fine to me, and remember,they're only about 4cm or less at this stage, so their nose will be so tiny at this point and wouldn't necessarily get picked up at this very early stage :) xx

It might have its head turned away slightly. That's what my 12 week looked like.

Thanks lady's for the reassurance I am worrying a lot as this pregnancy was unplanned and I wasn't doing anything I should have.

I see what you mean. Iv not had a scan at 11 weeks but I did have one at 9 and it didn't even look like a baby lol more like a jelly baby. At my 12 week scan there was soooo much more to see

Looks to me as a complete non expert that maybe the baby had its face turned away from you from that angle. Not every scan is in perfect profile
