Severe vomiting all night - start of labour?

Anyone had this? Looking it up it seems to be a precursor to labour. Am 37+5 but in no way ready am hoping for a couple of weeks at least (lots of nice restaurants to get to in peace while dd back in nursery . However have had strong braxtons the last couple of nights and was up all night throwing up. With dd my waters broke on due date so all very straight forward.
Defo not something I ate as dh are exactly the same and he is fine.

I had this in one pregnancy, at 39 weeks. It was actually gastroenteritis but dehydration can trigger contractions. I was admitted and put on a drip and the contractions stopped straight away. It's very easy to dehydrate in those circumstances when heavily pregnant so please get checked by your midwife asap.

Yep I am going to give them a call this morning as have had about 2 hrs sleep and woken up feeling very nauseous still

Get checked out, throwing up at the end of pregnancy can be a sign of hellp syndrome, I was doing this for a week before the markers showed. Please please get a dip done. Hopefully it is nothing and just too much rich food!

Go and get checked! My vomiting only started after the contractions, but I was quite dehydrated by the time I got to hospital after a day of no fluid or food and I'm convinced it was the reason I had such a horrendously slow awful labour

I had my last dip test last week so hopefully all ok but yep will go and get checked out thanks

Just checked my blood pressure as have a home kit and it was 112/66 which is pretty low I think

CeCe your BP doesn't sound too low to me (I'm a nurse) but obviously I don't know your baseline and you do. Just don't want you to worry about that unnecessarily :) hope you get checked soon. Could you call the labour ward instead of waiting for your midwife? Or is that what you meant? Good luck if it is labour :)

Don't just go off blood pressure, I managed to have HELLP without mine going up much. Agree with others, get yourself checked out for peace of mind

Oh I see you're relieved it's not high!! Yes definitely not high :)

I am going to try and get some fluid in my this morning and call the labour ward. Just difficult with dd so dot want to spend hours in hospital unnecessarily but obviously can't take any risks either!
