So I'm 40 weeks today and have got thrush, of course it's Saturday and docs not open. Looked on nhs website and mentioned that it's safe to use cream and pessary but to consult Doc first. Used them in earlier in pregnancy but is it still safe/recommended when I could go into labour anytime? Thanks for any advice
