Am I pregnant? Disclaimer- I've already taken a test.

I did a FRER on Sunday just past which would have been 13 DPO if I ovulated as normal (not temping or checking). There was a pale pink positive line.

I have since taken 3 blue dye tests (clear blue, Sainsbury's own) and they say negative, not even a squinter.

Am I pregnant? The FRER line came within the 10 mins so I don't think it's an evap? Is it possible that I ovulated later than normal? My cycle is fairly regular, around 28 days so would have been due yesterday....

Can you try a digital one? I did a test two months back as I was later than I should have been and I had a pale pink line that I thought was a positive then a definite negative, I waited two days then did a digital and was negative. Turns out I was just late (although periods haven't settled down yet since I gave birth 8 months ago and stopped breastfeeding 3 months ago).

I'm currently 34 weeks. I did a FRER test and got a very very faint line, I didn't get a bold line for a couple of weeks (I was 9dpo when I first tested). Some people say the tests with a blue line aren't quite as sensitive-not sure why.

The digital ones are awful for early response, you need to be late and have built up a good hcg level for them to work. Try another FRER if you are concerned, otherwise try again in a couple of days with FMU :)

Suspect a digital one will also say no at this stage. They aren't very sensitive.
Get some from superdrug- they correctly albeit faintly detected my bfp at 9dpo where others didn't.

Ok thanks guys, I'll test tonight when I get home.

I'm finding it so hard to get hold of pink dye tests- Sainsbury's and Tesco here don't seem to stock them

Strange, the digital one was the first one that told me I was pregnant with DS a day before I was due when all the others were giving me negatives.

VforVienetta · 25/10/2016 12:27

Superdrug's one is a pink line test IIRC.

Becciilouisex3 · 25/10/2016 12:33

Can you get to a Superdrug at all? Their pink dye tests are really pretty good and gave me a darker line than a First Response :)

PopsicleBopsicle · 25/10/2016 16:20

I just got my period, so l guess it was just s blip :(

Oh no sorry to hear that. It could have been a CP. hopefully better luck next month. You 'll get there Wink

First response need a 12 to turn positive. Clear blue are 25. I'd try another first response or what's even more sensitive is super drug early
