I purchased the Quinny moodd of Ebay and the seller said its in very good condition. The chassis is fine I've just gave it a clean and a polish and it looks brand new, however the seat is just tatty and covered in scratches and marks. I paid £190 for it which seemed like a bargain but I really don't even want to use the chair! Am I just being a snob lol
Will attach pics

I don't need a brand new pram I understand what buying second hand means. When someone has something for sale and mentions that it's in very good condition you don't expect it to turn up unwashed and covered in scratches and marks. It looks like someone's just dragged it a cross a pavement. She hasn't took photos of the seating for a reason! There's a "few scratches and marks" and there's that seat unit two different things.

I agree that that isn't 'very good condition' and not washing it before selling it is just vile. 'Very good condition' should indicate minimal wear and tear. This pram is 'well-used' and 'working condition with marks of use'. She is trying it on.

It's not what I'd call 'very good condition' but all prams that are s cond hand will have scratches that's what happens when you lug them in and out of a car boot! As for the seat will it wash?

I guess for next time, ask for pics of the item from different angles/underneath/in good light etc. And if the seller won't take pics, don't bother - I was checking out a second hand cot recently but the seller wouldn't take any other pics as it was already dismantled. That may've been the case, but I decided not to take the chance (and have since found a really nice and brand new item via Amazon!).
