What happens to your body after the birth?

Hey guys, I wanted to start a really honest thread about what it's like after giving birth. There's so many things no one tells you about pregnancy which would have been helpful to know before hand (heartburn, skin tags etc) and I'm wondering what I've not been told about what it's like after ?!

Black Ugh. Yes. Completely undignified. I'm declining it this time, didn't know I could before but I am now! It was that that added to me feeling violated as she didn't explain what she was about to do or anything, just did it. Rough as well. I had to have a debrief to find out what she did because she said nothing.
