Period cramps at 29 weeks

Hello I'm 29 weeks and having some period like cramping right now is it a cause for concern? I used to get it all the time early on but it stopped at around 11 weeks and haven't felt it since

Worth a call to your midwife, I had them at 31 weeks and was told to rest for a few days, I was at risk of pre term labour though.
