Mmmm looks nice, I want some of this

Mumpbump · 09/02/2007 10:04

I posted a thread asking if you could eat unpasteurised cheese if you cooked it thoroughly and everyone thought yes. Perhaps that is the answer... BTW, you can get brie made out of pasteurised milk. Not sure about the blue cheese...

longinglily · 09/02/2007 10:05

slurp, that looks even lovelier

If you were French you wouldn't think twice. All together now "Donnez-mois la fromage!"

I can see the end of pregnancy in sight and the thought of 'what you can't have' is pulling me by the nose towards post pregnancy Hey you can eat it while breast feeding can't you? (sudden panic...)

3rdtriMOSSter · 09/02/2007 10:20

Crikey. I wanted to post a picture of a woman lying on her back, to say that I can't wait until I can do that again.

Anyway, I used google images and typed in "woman lying on her back".

Big mistake!

longinglily · 09/02/2007 11:38

I can't wait to lie on my tummy again, and be able to get up out of the chair and answer the phone before it rings off, and walk fast past people....

Oh yes it will be brill not to be overtaken by pensioners!

And to be able to walk up the stairs without pausing for breath (poor you with your two flights though!)

And to be able not to have to get up five times a night to go to the loo...

...oh hang on, there may be another reason to get up five times a night

Booboobedoo · 09/02/2007 12:16

I want to do this . (That's not me, btw).

Ceolas · 09/02/2007 12:19

I just heard the tuna thing this morning, Fio. Weird. Apparently because they contain too much mercury.

I only ever want pate when pregnant

Booboobedoo · 09/02/2007 12:36

I read on the NHS Direct website that you're 'allowed' 4 small cans of tuna a week.

That's quite a lot really.

They're more worried about swordfish and marlin.

3rdtriMOSSter · 09/02/2007 12:54

I've never had swordfish or marlin... but now I can't have it I want it!

Booboobedoo · 09/02/2007 12:56

Exactly. First thought was: 'oh bugger. No more Marlin and mayonnaise sarnies'.

3rdtriMOSSter · 09/02/2007 12:57

3rdtriMOSSter · 09/02/2007 12:58

Would love to have more than one bottle of this or this of an evening!

liquidclocks · 09/02/2007 13:02

I ate brie (pasturized, but still not allowed according to DOH) and eggs with runny yolks while pg. I should really just be off and join the bad mother's club

3rdtriMOSSter · 09/02/2007 13:03

Oh... you've reminded me... runny eggs and really, really ultra rare steak!!!! Mmmmmmmmmmm I can't wait!
