I tripped over last night on the stairs and fell on my front - was falling up the stairs so not a huge distance IYSWIM - and now am terrified that I've killed the baby. I'm 20 weeks and have been feeling a bit of movement for a while but not particularly regularly. I think I've felt a couple of movements since but might have been imagining it; but it's only been 10 hours. No bleeding or anything. Should I call the midwife?

Might be worth calling them if only for reassurance

You poor thing. I fell over running at 23 weeks and wasn't at ease until she'd moved! I think you need to fall badly enough to cause yourself a nasty injury before you harm the baby. They are pretty well cushioned in there. But if you want some reassurance then definitely give your mw a bell.
