12 week scan paranoia

Hi, i had a scan 2 days before my 10 week mark and the doctors found a heartbeat and said everything was okay. I have my 12 week scan on Thursday and im petrified, ive had absolutely no bleeding or anything and just normal pains but im still so nervous. I know finding a heart beat at 10 weeks makes the risk go down a lot but im so paranoid something's gunna go wrong. Am i just being paranoid?

You are being paranoid but it's perfectly normal. Try not to worry too much - impossible I know - but it all looks good for you at the moment Smile
