Implantion bleeding confused

Im mid way through my cycle and bleeding dark brown blood and dont know what to think, i dont know if i have pain with it as i fell and have had back pain for about 2 weeks so cant say for sure. Did any one bleed during there pregnancy.

When I had implantation bleeding it was exactly when my period should've been, stayed brown and didn't last long. No pain. Do you think you might be pregnant? Maybe just an early period. Hopefully someone will come along that know more.

i had a little blood yesterday and today none and i am only on day 15 of cycle so thats why i thought it was to early for period
