Hi all,
I was hoping to get a nice massage oil to use whilst in the early stages of labour at home, for my partner to use on my back. However most of the normal shops, body shop etc, wouldnt sell me any essential oils! Does anyone have any they can recommend for in labour?
I am also planning to get a lavendar calendar to use at home, so I can try to have a relaxing bath before I go to the hospital. Is there any bath oils or anything anyone can recommend during labour? Or oils for in the bath after labour, to speed recovery?
Any other products recommended for labour or after to speed recovery let me know :)
