I overdid it exercising DD this weekend in an attempt to get her to sleep well. My pelvis is killing me, spd only kicked in towards the very end of my last pregnancy so I'm not happy that it's back at only 18 weeks. Also my heel is beyond sore, it feels like I stood on a pencil if that makes sense? And just seems to be getting more sore, I can barely weight bear. Don't know if that one is pregnancy related but everything else seems to be!
