I had a growth scan because my baby has major heart defects and they estimated him at 1lb 11. On the little line on the scan report it's quite low down on the line. Iv never had a small baby my smallest was 7lbs 9oz born 14 days early. They estimated him at 21 weeks and he was 14oz then. Does this Seam ok or a bit low?

He is going to be smaller than average because of his heart defects but considering that babies put on the majority of their weight in the last trimester I'd say almost 2lb is pretty good. You must never so worried due to heart problems. I think they'd tell you if his weight was an issue. Good luck to you both for the fight ahead xx

My 1st baby was born at 28 week and weight 1lb 13. she is now 6 months old and weight 9lb 8. her corrected age would be 3 month old.

Hi,
The most important thing, is that baby is actually growing. The growth should be plotted on the chart each time you have a scan, so the Midwife/Doctor can check that your baby is growing at the expected rate. It's ok for your baby to be on the small side, as long as he/she is growing. I hope this makes sense.
Xx
