I have the implant but it's due to come out in 2 months and I'll have had it 3 years, Im on the pill but I don't take it the same time everyday and sometimes there's hours differences between, I'm always tired, I have sore boobs and tingly nipples, I keep getting headaches, I get itchy under my boobs, I'm really achy and I feel sick and dizzy sometimes, what could this be?

I'm assuming that you may have reason to believe you're pregnant? If you're on the implant, even if it's due to come out then it's unlikely but combined with the pill it's even more unlikely. So the chances really are that you're not Smile

There's absolutely no way of knowing or being able to tell if you're pregnant really until you're period is due and you can take a test. All of the early pregnancy symptoms you can experience are identical to PMS. Wait until you're due and take a First Response or Superdrug own brand test with your first pee of the day.
