I have done 3 frer tests at 9dpo and all three have such a faint line it's hard to capture on camera- what are the chances that either all 3 are false positives or that I'm just seeing the indent of the line on all 3? Can anyone else see this line? Feeling hopeful this month! Thanks xxx

I'm sorry but I can't see a line Flowers

No worries thank you for your time and honesty anyway! Still going to carry on feeling hopeful as this is the closest I've come to a positive test! Xxx

Nor me I'm afraid. 9 days is pretty early. Would give it a few more and try again.

I know it's too early but my last pregnancy (safely ended in mc) showed up at around 9dpo so I thought I'd try! In person there are definite lines on all 3 tests but they don't look very pink so I thought they might be indent lines?

Take a digital test, that's what I had to do when I kept getting almost invisible lines, it gives you a definite "pregnant" or "not pregnant"

Good idea Mamushka I will take one tomorrow morning! Xxx

I think I can see a very feint line actually.
Agree you need another in a couple of days.

haveacupoftea · 06/10/2016 21:15

I see something very faint...shine a light through back of the test to see if its pink

MrsDc7 · 06/10/2016 21:23

I had this EXACT situation... bought a test like that and could only see an extremely faint hint of a line when I held it up against the window (it definitely wouldn't have shown up on a photo). Thought I was being daft but bought a digital one the next morning - sure enough it said 'pregnant'. Here we are nearly three years later :) xx

Becciilouisex3 · 07/10/2016 04:40

Can't see anything as yet but you are testing very early so that makes sense. Just be aware that digital tests aren't as sensitive and especially with testing early there's still as much chance you will get a negative result even though that might not be the case.

If I were you I'd grab a first response and Superdrug cheapie and wait that agonising wait before testing! It's your best bet and I'm not sure you'll actually feel your mind I'd put at rest testing early as you'll be questioning whether or not they could have been false negatives.

Good luck! Flowers

Oysterbabe · 07/10/2016 06:52

I can't see anything I'm afraid. I'd give it at least 3 days, 5 would be better, then test again. A digital is likely to be negative as they aren't very sensitive.

Happygojo86 · 07/10/2016 07:00

I can see an extremely faint line but apparently newer FRERS can get indents. I vote for super drug early ones and waiting..... but I could never wait and tested all the time! Grin

Nikki2ol6 · 07/10/2016 07:31

Go and buy a Superdrug early test they are more sensitive than first response I got my faint line at 7dpo on them and I'm 27 weeks now

Passthecake30 · 07/10/2016 07:35

I say wait...kick the habit of testing and spending a fortune on the sticks!

EsmesBees · 07/10/2016 07:47

Someone on here once said 'imagine you are weeing on a fiver and see if you still want to go ahead' which I thought was great advice.

Congrats! I did the same test I think and drove myself mad trying to see a line, got the positive a few days later
