Piles and induction

I'm 41+5 and being induced tomorrow and just discovered I have piles, of the joys of pregnancy. I have Anusol; am I best to put some on today or should I wait until I go to hospital tomorrow to discuss it with the medics?

Do it, I had thrush and was induced last time, so had a whole hand up there and it was agony. Because I was already in hospital they wouldn't give me anything for it... Bloody miserable it was. Hope it all goes well good luck!

Ok have done, thanks. Will report back how it goes tomorrow so others ever in the same predicament know what to do.

I don't want to scare you but I didn't know I had piles and my baby was facing the wrong way so took a lot of pushing to get him out and this sounds awful and it really was but I had like a donut on my bum hole!! It was really big and it stuck out a lot and it touched the sofa before my bum cheeks did and I was in agony and I mean agony!!! I'm terrified of that happening again and plan on telling the midwife when I deliver because they can put something there to stop them when you are delivering
