How do I deal with him not even being happy?

I've just found out I'm pregnant, 3 weeks after starting ttc again. I was pregnant earlier in the year but ended up terminating due to severe depression. I'm more prepared this time around to cope and the doctors are more aware now.

My partner has barely said anything. No cuddles, kisses, not even really a smile? Am I being unreasonable to expect this after what I did before?

Maybe he doesn't want to get too attached/excited just yet? I know I would hesitant in his position. All you can do is talk to him about it.
