Very painful belly button?

I'm 26 werks and my belly buttons is very sore today. I can feel the pain when I'm doing nothing. It hurts to move around and walk. And it hurts if I touch it! It's all around my belly button. Does anyone know why?

I'm not sure why, but did have this on/off too!

I have called my midwife and she told me it's probs just strettchinf and to rest. I told her after walking around doing the school run the pain spread all over my tummy like a huge stitch!! She has told me if it gets bad like that again to go to maternity assessment
