I had a growth scan. I'm 36 weeks and she's weighing 5lb 13 now. Does this mean she'll be big at birth?

Isn't the general thought that they put on 1/2lb per week, so baby would be 8lb at 40 weeks. I don't think that's big these days.
of course I could be taking rubbish.

The growth scans are notoriously inaccurate anyway
