Hi,
has anyone started with vomiting and nausea a bit late than normal, and if so how long did it last?

I was sick for the first couple of weeks, and then I've been OK give or take a few days. A couple of weeks ago it started to get worse, especially at night meaning I was up vomiting all night. Saw GP a couple of days ago who said it sounds like mild hg a day gave me pills. It's just getting worse though. I feel so grim!
If you've had this please tell me it won't last long!

I started feeling properly crap at about 9 weeks. Sad to say it didn't go completely til I was about 20 weeks!

Mine started at 7 weeks. I'm. Now 39 weeks and it still hasn't gone. It eased up a bit in 2nd trimester but it came back with a vengeance for the 3rd. By the sounds of it my experience has been a bit extreme and hopefully yours will ease off. They say between 12 and 16 weeks it's supposed to ease up as the placenta takes over producing the pregnancy hormones. I really hope you feel better soon.

Thanks for sharing ladies. I'm hoping it's a short term thing. I've had to take today off. Can't do that very often.

I am 14+2 and just had my worst sickness episode so far. I was hoping it'd ease of at 12 weeks as everyone predicts but not happened so far. I didn't suffer too much at the start either. Everyone is different I suppose. Hope you feel better soon!
