I bled on 13th of this month for 5 days but came on period day early, went to the toilet thisafter noon and I wiped and they was light pink blood,and tonight my boobs are soar and had a nasty pain in my tummy has anyone else had this are will I best go to doc so confused 😐

You would only be ovulating around now. A 5 day bleed sounds like a normal period. Have you had unprotected sex or why are you worried you are pregnant? I guess I'd go see the doc if the tummy pain and spotting continued.
