Milkshake!!

I am almost 40 weeks pregnant and in this heat I am craving a chocolate milkshake from McDonald's!! Is it allowed, because of the machines they use?

I had them all the way through my pregnancy with no problems.

I had them throughout my pregnancy and everything was fine - it did cross my mind that maybe I shouldn't but I was totally paranoid and my DP told me to get a grip! 😀 im sure it won't hurt at this late stage

Of course they are ok. I think you need to relax with a milkshake

Yep. If you're concerned check the hygiene rating for the branch on the scores on the doors website. The issue with milkshake/ice cream is that if the machines aren't cleaned properly bacteria can build up. McDonalds generally have very stringent hygiene procedures so I'd be comfortable with it, personally.
