Painful hands?

For the past 3-4 weeks whenever I wake up my hands are so painful, and it's like they click out of joint on the fingers, I'm now 33+5, is this normal? I'm presuming the whole body loosening up is something to do with it, just seems odd to be in hands too? It's now 10.30 and I can still feel it this morning, seems to be lasting longer

Pregnancy can cause temporary carpel tunnel syndrome, mine started around the same times and my hands and wrists would hurt, and my fingers would go all numb and tingly. All stopped a few weeks after giving birth.
