Morning sickness

Has anyone tried natal hypnotherapy cds to overcome morning sickness? I'm pretty desperate for something to get me through the day, with an 8 month old baby and an almost full-time job!

Both the cds I'm thinking about are in the nct catalogue - 'Natal hypnotherapy - overcome morning sickness' and 'morning well'. They're not cheap, but if they work...

I tried a tape called 'morning well' (this was 5 yrs ago now when I think it first came out).

You listen to some strange music. Tbh no, it didn't have a huge effect but I was so desperate I tried everything including acupunture/ sea bands the lot!

That's not to say it won't work of course, might be worth a try and it was relaxing to listen to.

Just been reading about this - apparantly lots of women do find it helps. Maybe it was just me...

Aaanyway, I've had a rummage and I still have it. It's yours if you want it, just let me know.

It is a tape not a cd though. I came to have it in a funny way and didn't have a choice about whether it was a cd or a tape.

That's really kind of you, I'd love it. Please email me so we can exchange details and sort out costs etc. I too tried most things last time around - sickness bands were certainly a waste of time for me.
