Early miscarriage

Hi everyone I found out at the start of the week I was pregnant big shock first baby not planned but had come to terms with it.. had heavy bleeding all day and felt awful think I've had an early miscarriage as test now says not pregnant and I'm feeling gutted even though it was unplanned and I was so shocked and overwhelmed when I found out would anyone suggest going the doctors or would you say it definitely is early miscarriage as this is what it seems like to me after much googling and reading threads :( xxx

Sounds like a miscarriage.

I'd go and see the GP to check you're alright. They probably won't need to do anything though.

Maybe this is a chance to take stock of your life and what you want. After a miscarriage I tried to take comfort in the fact that I could get pregnant, as some people can't. Plenty of women have successful pregnancies after miscarriage.

Have you got someone to support you in real life?

If this has happened about the same time as your period is due it is called a chemical pregnancy. I've been through it too. You will bleed slightly heavy but mostly the same as a normal period. I'm sorry for your loss. Give yourself some time to grieve. I'm afraid your gp won't do anything at all at this stage, other than confirm the loss with a negative test, which you have already done.

Lota of cramping and seriously sore stomach has continued over night with heavy bleeding so definitely a miscarriage.. Yeah I have OH as support but yeah your right atleast I can get pregnant I can take that from this and feel fortunate that I can :) xxx
