My Hips hurt (nearly 17weeks pg)

Do you think this could be through the pg.. The pain has been getting worse all day, it is now uncomfortable to walk.... not really painful just enough to make me whince once in a while but uncomforatbla..

Is this due to ligaments stretching.. (It is my 3rd pg)

My hips have started hurting since Sunday. (am now 23 weeks) I first thought it was because it was too tight (sat in a car for 4 hours, plane for 2) but then had yoga on wednesday, and hips again hurt yesterday. GP told me it's to do with the muscles being too relaxed. She told me that as it's pregnancy related you can't do much about it. She recommended hot water bottle, but i'm not sure how that's going to work in the office

Thank you.... my poor dog is looking at me waiting for her walk. and I really dont know if I am comfortable enought to take her as she does pull and I will have the oushchair too.. Think will give it a miss tonight. and see how I am in the morning.

I agree with Califrau, sounds like SPD. Read the old threads on here about it as there are loads of tips and get yourself a referral to a physio .
