Weird feeling low down

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and so far had a very smooth pregnancy with hardly any symptoms. First baby although had an early miscarriage at the start or the year.
This morning I went to the loo and had some slightly brown twinged discharged but none since. This afternoon I've had a weird feeling across my bump, not sure if braxton hicks or baby wriggling about and now I have some slight discomfort quite low down. I've been feeling baby kick throughout the day but am just concerned about this strange ache.
Im quite anxious due to previous miscarriage so does anyone have any advice or know what it could be? Should I be worried or does it sound pretty normal?

I don't have any advice really but didn't want to read and run. I have had braxton hicks all through this pregnancy (from 16 weeks) and it can definitely be an odd and uncomfortable sensation. I also found the ligament pain could be quite strange and unexpected. I'm now 30 weeks but have had moments of worry with odd twinges and pains. If you're really worried then call your triage unit as they will definitely offer reassurance or get you in if they think there is any reason to worry. Hope you feel/are feeling better and that everything goes smoothly for the rest of your pregnancy.

If not, please just give your maternity triage a quick ring and they'll be able to give you some advice as to whether it might be worth popping in for a check. I had lots of tightenings/braxton hicks with my first pregnancy and now again with this pregnancy (25 weeks) and I'm a big believer in getting things checked if ever you feel worried. Take care.

Honestly they would so much rather see you than you worry, do you have a contact number for your midwife team / hospital?
