Antenatal Classes - Should we bother?

Hi All
I am a first time mom and my fiancé and I want to book on some classes. However everyone in my area (Private or NHS) are fully booked. Should I be worried?! Or have any of your not done them and been OK?!

I would like to go to hear more about the process/learn relaxation and breathing techniques and I am worried I will not know what to do/how to relax when the time comes?!

Any advice?

Nhs is useless, waste of time. Did private for couples, they concentrated on breathing techniques, massage and partner support. It was nice to spend time with DH but he was very impressive in his massage technique already I just got to enjoy it more. Good times though :-)

Have you looked into hypnobirthing courses or antenatal yoga if you're interested in berating and relaxation?
