What's the difference between maternity bras and sports bras? I've seen some sleep maternity Bras, and they just look like sports bras to me. Am I missing something?

My maternity sleep bras doubled up as nursing sleep bras, so easier for feeding during the night. I had some cheap crop top style bras from sports direct when pregnant plus my maternity/nursing sleep bras.

Thanks. So essentially, they are just slightly thicker than sports bras then. It's getting so uncomfortable to ride my horse currently, so I need to start looking at something more supportive/comfortable!
