I had an ectopic two years ago and just discovered today that I am pregnant (only about 5weeks)
Anyone know how soon I need to go to the GP to organise an early scan?

Go now. You can sometimes see a heartbeat at 5/6 weeks and evenif they dont, thye will arrange for you to go back a few days later.

Congratulations!

Your GP should be able to refer you to the EPU straight away to sort out a 5 or 6 week scan.

Hope it all goes well.
