Hiya has anyone gone to a reflexologist during pregnancy? I'm 12+6 and went for downs scan this afternoon. I mentioned to the mw all the problems I'm having with my hips/pelvis/ligaments and she's referred me to a physio as well as made me an appointment with their specialist reflexologist.
I've never been to one before and I've just done a quick Google but just wondered if anyone has an experiences with them?

I've been seeing a reflexologist privately since I was around 22weeks (37 now) I cannot recommend it enough! In the first session she took a really comprehensive medical history from me and then the sessions themselves are around an hour with me beautifully supported on a plinth, eyes shut, completely chilled and enjoying concentrating on my baby (who is normally wiggling around like mad!) whilst she gently massages my feet. I come out feeling chilled and with loads more energy, I sleep better after and always feel less anxious.

That sounds fab! Do you think it'll help with my hips etc?

It should do and if at the very least you get a pain free hour of relaxation then it's still helpful!
