Since I got my BFP on Tusday, I have woken up at 3am, unable to get back to sleep.

Anyone else found this?

I was like that the night before but bought some relaxing bubble bath and had a soak in that last night - not sure whether it was cos I was shattered or the bubble bath but I did sleep quite well last night

I think I am going to have to start going to bed at 9pm..

That way, I will at least get 6 hours sleep if his is going to keep happening.

A nice bubbly bath beforehand sounds nice, but I won't be able to have it as hot as I like it.

That's the thing I found last night I had it quite hot so decided to put a bit more cold in but it was too cold!
I bought an avent bubble bath

I have bouts of this. Going through it at th moment. Now 23 weeks, but haven't had it all the way through. Early nights always a good option IMO.

That's the great thing about pregnancy, you just start getting used to the symptoms and then they change

WinniethePooh · 02/02/2007 10:10

Where did you get the Avent bubble bath from

I got it from Asda in the baby aisle although it was about £4 somewhere like boots may do their own brand of Mum to be stuff

Thanks for that. Will have a look next time I go shopping
